Every day, Ormonde Organics helps companies and councils to significantly reduce their carbon footprints with a tailored, complete, certified organics management service.

We start by collecting the organic waste from your facility and take it to ours. We then turn it into electricity, heat, fuel and nutrient-rich soil amendment products through a combination of these state-of-the-art biosciences and mechanical treatments:

Composting

We turn organic waste into nutrient rich soil amendment products (compost) that can that we return to local agriculture, horticulture and land reclamation projects.

Power Generation

Our anaerobic digestion facilities produces biogas from organic waste and this in turn is used to generate electricity which is exported to the national grid and heat for local use together with clean, nutrient-rich soil amendment products.

De-packing

Out of specification products from the food and beverage industry may need to be remove from its packaging before recycling and we do that at our plant before the organic contents are recovered.

Sludge Management

We are Ireland's largest sludge management company and provide a start-to-finish sludge service that includes sourcing, mapping, soil testing, sludge analysis and treatment, material storage, landspreading, reporting and certification.

Sludge Dewatering

We offer fixed and mobile dewatering and alkaline stabilisation services for all municipal and industrial sludges using mobile centrifuges, beltpresses, filter bins and on-site lime stabilisation.

The benefits of dewatering include a significant reduction in volumes for disposal and liquid transport costs, full testing, no need to reseed activated sludge tanks, lime treatment and emergency dewatering back-up.

Composting & Land Restoration

We help our clients with significant levels of reclamation, erosion control and re-seeding and we offer consulting, site and soil analysis and mulching services.

Industrial Site Services

Talk to us about improving the quality of (and reducing your costs in) drain-cleaning, CCTV drain surveys, non-invasive drain repair, interceptor / bund cleaning, disposal of hazardous materials, grease traps, industrial cleaning, tank cleaning and decommissioning, forecourt services, high pressure jetting / transportation of bulk liquids & solids.

Specialist Services

We offer a complete suite of 24-hour services for managing environmental incidents or hazardous situations including on-site remediation, treatment and decommissioning, contaminated soil transportation and disposal, asbestos removal and disposal, confined space entry, hazardous material packaging and disposal and emergency spills. All of our staff are highly trained and experienced and we have a fleet of fully equipped emergency response vehicles and emergency storage facilities. We make sure that your operation complies with all health and safety requirements and we issue recovery certificates.
